It was decided to take the BKA out to the Bradwell on Sea Flower & Craft show to promote our hobby and to interest others in bird keeping. We displayed an example of the foreign finches kept by some aviculturists namely a Diamond Fire Tail, a Parson finch, a Masked Grass finch, two Gouldians and a pair of Stat finches to the delight of many who visited our stall. The weather was a combination of showers and beautiful sun shine but the rare occasional gusts of wind brought us running to hold tight the supports of our gazebo to save our presentation disappearing into the trees beyond!!!WP_20170805_13_11_11_Pro

  1. Well done to the members who promoted the BKA at the flower & craft day, it’s always good to advertise and promote the club as it’s all the more support that we’d need as a successful club and to hopefully gain more members from novice upto the advanced and experienced ??
